In these Terms, the following words and expressions shall have the meanings ascribed to them below unless the context clearly indicates otherwise:

Access to and use of gtr11 is restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all subsequent times during which they hold an active Account:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. gtr11 enforces a strict minimum age policy consistent with responsible gaming standards applicable to the Indonesian market. Proof of age will be required during KYC verification.
• Residency: You must be a resident of Indonesia. gtr11 is designed and operated for players located in Indonesia. Access from certain other jurisdictions may be restricted or prohibited by local law.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Persons who are legally incapacitated, under guardianship, or otherwise restricted by law from entering into contracts may not register.
• Personal Use Only: You must be registering and using the Platform for your own personal recreation only — not on behalf of any third party, business entity, or organization.
• No Prior Exclusion: You must not have previously been self-excluded from gtr11 or had your Account closed by gtr11 for breach of these Terms. Attempting to re-register after a permanent exclusion is a material breach.

To access gtr11's betting and gaming services, you must complete the registration process and create a single personal Account. The following rules govern Account registration and maintenance:

• Accurate Information: You must provide truthful, current, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• One Account Only: Each individual may hold only one Account on gtr11. Operating multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated Accounts being permanently closed.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. gtr11 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorized access to your Account where you have failed to maintain adequate security.
• Contact Updates: You are responsible for keeping your contact and payment information current. gtr11 is not liable for failed communications or payment errors arising from outdated account details.
• Account Suspension: gtr11 reserves the right to suspend or close any Account at its discretion where there is evidence of fraud, Terms breach, or regulatory concern, with or without prior notice.

Upon successful registration, gtr11 will send a confirmation to the email address you provided. Account activation is subject to gtr11's review and may be withheld pending initial verification checks.

gtr11 is required to conduct identity verification checks on all Players as part of its commitment to responsible gaming, anti-money laundering (AML) compliance, and fraud prevention. KYC verification is mandatory before any withdrawal can be processed.

The following documents may be requested as part of the KYC process:

gtr11 will review submitted documents within 3 business days. Incomplete or illegible submissions will delay verification. gtr11 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time and to temporarily restrict Account functionality pending verification.

gtr11 accepts deposits exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) via the payment channels listed below. All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in the Player's own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.

• Deposits credited to your Account are available for wagering immediately upon confirmation.
• gtr11 does not charge processing fees on deposits. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transfer fees, which are your responsibility.
• Deposits made in error or in excess of intended amounts must be reported to gtr11 support promptly. gtr11 is not obligated to reverse deposits that have already been used for wagering.
• gtr11 reserves the right to reject any deposit that it reasonably suspects to be connected to fraudulent activity or money laundering.

Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC completion, wagering requirements on any active bonus funds, and gtr11's standard processing schedule. The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

• Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000. Requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• Same-Method Rule: Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever possible. This is required for AML compliance and fraud prevention.
• Processing Time: Standard withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours of approval. Processing times may extend during peak periods, public holidays (including Idul Fitri and Lebaran), or where additional verification is required.
• Bonus Balance: Bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirement are not withdrawable and will not be included in withdrawal calculations.
• Verification Hold: gtr11 may place a temporary hold on withdrawal requests where KYC documentation is pending or where the transaction triggers an AML review.

gtr11 offers a variety of promotional bonuses to eligible Players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback promotions, and seasonal offers tied to events such as Ramadhan, Idul Fitri, and major sporting tournaments. The following general terms apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• One Bonus Per Promotion: Each Player is entitled to claim each specific promotion once only, unless explicitly stated otherwise. Attempting to claim the same promotion multiple times — including through duplicate accounts — constitutes bonus abuse.
• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements stated in the individual promotion terms. Standard wagering requirements range from 5x to 30x the bonus amount. Wagering must be completed within the stated validity period.
• Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot gacor titles typically contribute 100%; live dealer games, togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery), and sports betting markets may contribute at a lower rate as specified per promotion.
• Expiry: Unclaimed or unconverted bonus funds that expire will be removed from the Player's Account automatically. No cash equivalent will be offered for expired bonuses.
• Modification and Withdrawal: gtr11 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time with reasonable notice. If a promotion is withdrawn, any bonus funds already credited and in active wagering will be honoured subject to their original terms.
• Abuse: gtr11 actively monitors for bonus abuse, including the use of low-risk betting strategies to convert bonus funds. Where abuse is detected, gtr11 reserves the right to void associated winnings and close the Account.

The following general rules govern all betting and gaming activity on gtr11. Product-specific rules (sportsbook, live casino, togel, bandar bola (online football bookmaker markets), and e-sports) are published separately within each product section of the Platform.

• Bet Acceptance: gtr11 reserves the right to decline or limit any wager at its discretion without obligation to provide a reason. Bets are only confirmed once a valid confirmation reference number has been issued by the Platform.
• Odds and Pricing: Advertised odds are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. gtr11 shall not be liable for any discrepancy between odds displayed at the time a Player initiates a bet and the final accepted odds where a change occurs in the interval between initiation and confirmation.
• Void Bets: gtr11 may void any bet where: (a) a manifest error has occurred in odds or market data; (b) the event to which the bet relates is cancelled or materially altered; or (c) fraud or match-fixing is suspected.
• Maximum Winnings: Individual product maximum payout limits apply and are published within each product section. gtr11 shall not be liable for any payout in excess of the stated maximum, even where a higher amount might otherwise be indicated.
• Disconnection: gtr11 is not liable for wagers affected by disconnection from the Platform due to internet failure, server maintenance, or other technical issues outside its direct control, except where its own infrastructure is demonstrably at fault.
• RNG Integrity: All casino and slot game outcomes are generated by independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. The results are final and not subject to manual adjustment or reversal except where a proven technical error has occurred.

gtr11 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and minimizing the risk of gambling-related harm. Players are encouraged to approach gambling as a form of entertainment and to set clear personal limits before they begin. The following tools are available to all registered Players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your Account. Reductions to deposit limits take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Cap the amount you can lose within a defined period. Once the limit is reached, further play is suspended until the period resets or a reduced limit is applied.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum session duration. gtr11 will display a notification and, if configured, automatically log you out when the time limit is reached.
• Reality Checks: Opt in to periodic on-screen reminders showing the time elapsed and net balance change during a gaming session.
• Self-Exclusion: Voluntarily exclude your Account for a defined period (30 days, 90 days, 180 days) or permanently. Self-exclusion requests take effect within 24 hours. During exclusion, you will not receive promotional communications from gtr11.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on gtr11 and will result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and where appropriate, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Fraudulent Activity: Any attempt to defraud gtr11 or other Players through misrepresentation, use of stolen payment credentials, or manipulation of Platform systems.
• Money Laundering: Using gtr11 to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activity, or to obscure the origin of funds.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, tournament, or betting market.
• Automated Software: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated software to place bets or interact with the Platform without human direction.
• Duplicate Accounts: Registering more than one Account on the Platform, including accounts in a family member's name used by the same individual.
• Chargebacks: Initiating fraudulent chargeback claims with your bank or e-wallet provider for deposits that were used for genuine wagering on the Platform.
• Minors: Allowing or facilitating access to gtr11 by any person under the age of 21, including sharing login credentials with a minor.

All content on gtr11 — including but not limited to the gtr11 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, software, game interfaces, text, and data — is the exclusive property of gtr11 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal recreational purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any gtr11 content without prior written consent.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, gtr11 shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of the Platform, including loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of revenue.
• Platform unavailability, service interruptions, or data loss resulting from Force Majeure events, third-party infrastructure failures, or scheduled maintenance.
• Decisions made by Players in reliance on information displayed on the Platform, including odds, game statistics, or promotional materials.
• Losses arising from unauthorized access to a Player's Account where the Player has failed to maintain adequate password security.

gtr11's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any single event or series of related events shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

gtr11 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, gtr11 will provide reasonable notice to registered Players via email or Platform notification prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure and withdrawal of any available balance.

The version of these Terms in force at the time of any dispute shall govern that dispute, not any prior or subsequent version.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes or claims — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognized principles of commercial law applicable to online gaming operations.

gtr11 is internationally operated and licensed. While the Platform actively serves players in Indonesia, including those in Jakarta, Surabaya, Bandung, Medan, Bali, Yogyakarta, and all other provinces, Players acknowledge that online gambling regulations in Indonesia are subject to ongoing regulatory development and agree to use the Platform in compliance with all laws applicable to them in their jurisdiction of residence.

Any unresolved dispute between a Player and gtr11 that cannot be settled through good-faith negotiation may be referred to binding arbitration under internationally recognized arbitration rules. The language of arbitration shall be English.
